About the Work Live

Working with our Disability and Mental health team to help them digitalise various application processes to support the students during their study with Kingston University. It was quite a mouthful setting up all the micro systems and later on combining them in the admin area while retaining certain section visible to certain staff members. But as the work processes have improved enormously, the level of service provided to the students has highly improved.

Nice touch

Changing from paper forms to online form has increased the completion success rate by 35% in the first year. This means the University can get better Government funding to give better support for their students with disabilities.

Accessible to:

Kingston University students.
Admin area is protected by University Access Manager and access restricted by list of KU ID in the database.
