About the Work Live

The 'Consent to share agreement' forms part of the Disabilty and Mental Health portal. Getting consent by studnet to take their case forward to various partiesare vital as they cannot put in place support without their consent. Converting the process from a Word document to an online form improved the completion rate radically.

Nice touch

The student has access to the Share Agreement they agreed to at any time and can request their consent removed at any time.
