About the Work Live

To help the University to run a mentoring scheme for supporting student with disadvanced backgrounds; I build a fairly comprehensive three step application form. It would work for both a mentor and mentee applicant and use same data extracted from the database for sections helping staff to match up a mentor with mentees that would benefit most from the mentor's skillset and experience. The system proved succesfull enough to be expanded to run a mentoring scheme for staff as well.

Nice touch

A basic algorithm helped to match those mentors most suitable for mentees and vica versa.
