About the Work Live

Every year hundreds of foreign students apply to come and study for term or two at Kingston University. To provide our staff with a joint up application journey; I developed a back-end to allow them to keep track of every application and chase students for missing details. Inbound students would complete their applicaiton online and upload required documents during the process or later return to their personal application page via the confirmation email.

Nice touch

The ability to send off generic yet individual email to students to chase them for required documents or asking them to change their preferred modules saved the admin team much time and also gave them a trail of action made.
