About the Work Dead
To ensure the list of jobs coming into the video and photography guys in our team are given more informative details about the upcoming events and its support request; I developed a four-step form.
It is simply collecting and emailing the form details through to our department and including a confirmation email to the client, which also list details of the event.
Update
It was decommisoned when we moved to a University Service Desk.

Born 22nd June 1976 in Silkeborg, Denmark and attended art school at Kent Institute of Art & Design, Maidstone, UK.
I have been developing web application to improve life for students and staff at Kingston University 2007-2020.
