About the Work Live
The client wanted to improve the feedback rate for the questionnaire they send out after completing their audits. By developing a back-end from where they create and send out the link to an online questionnaire; they could keep track on un-completed forms and it also allows them to export the data as a special csv file to ease their report creation afterwards.

Website has been updated, but the system works in similar way still.

Born 22nd June 1976 in Silkeborg, Denmark and attended art school at Kent Institute of Art & Design, Maidstone, UK.
