About the Work Dead

To help student locating free PC labs around the campus; I designed a simplistic template, which gets an xml based on a api query on specific rooms. The data is then manipulated to only display the free rooms. It has been hugely successful for the university Learning Resource Centre, whose PCs might all be occupied; to present frustrated students looking for a PC with an alternative. And we all know comic sans is a dead sin within web design.

Update

An updated system detecting if an individual computer is in used rather than checking if the room is booked has replaced the page above.
