About the Work Live
Universities was in 2017 required to provided a facility to report incidents online and keep track of such reports. Working in close replationship with Student Services, I created a mini system to allow for secure, safe and simple reporting functionality. Thankfully the form isn't used very much, which is hopefully a good reflection on the university rather than sign of a complicated form to fill out.
Nice touch
In case a person feels intimidated while filling out the form; pressing the 'esc' button redirects them to a google search page, while removing any trace of the form - including the browser history.

Everyone.
Admin area is protected by University Access Manager and access restricted by list of KU ID in the database.
